Social divisions and identity engineering of transitional cultural policy in Serbia

Starting from the relationship to government, we study social division into ?off-institutional? and ?institutional?, ?independent? ?dependent? actors of cultural life in Serbia their mutual interactions within four families transitional system. Due similarity with self-management culture, observe phenomenon through two time points that represent turning conduct policy based on political, legal financial authority govern?ment acquired basis election results.
